He was friendly, really quick to respond when I made contact and very knowledgable. He approached the job in a logical way, completing an electrical safety inspection first, then putting any failings right before adding the additional wiring I needed. I was impressed with his familiarity with the new standards expected for rental properties (even though we were still a few months ahead of these standards becoming law). I was invoiced as agreed intervals and Mike arranged all the compliance paperwork as he went - he is very organised! Mike also worked well alongside other trades and was flexible with his visits to accommodate them. Great communication throughout too - a real pleasure to work with. "
